Troubleshoot

An Illustrator error occured ('MRAP') / ('PARM') / ('GFKU') / ('UKFG')

  1. Be sure you are using the most recent build of Overlord. A lot of these bugs were cleared up in 2.5.0+

  2. Close and reopen Illustrator

  3. Try transferring again

Still not working and I'm on a deadline! 😡

Option 1 - Disable per-character styling

  1. Right click within the Ai or Ae panel

  2. Disable Ai : Per-character text styles

  3. Transfer again

Option 2 - Copy to new document

  1. Select your art and copy it

  2. Create a new Illustrator document with a single artboard

  3. Paste your art into this document

  4. Transfer again

Why is this happening?

This bug has existing in Illustrator for many years. It seems to have something to do with accessing more memory than is allocated to scripting layer of Illustrator. The error has been most common in Overlord when you have a bunch of artboards and a lot of text layers. We clear these up and build workarounds as quickly as we can find them.
