Enable parametric shape detection

Right-click the Ae or Ai panel and enable Detect parametric shapes.

Why?

From the perspective of the data that Overlord can read, shapes in Illustrator are not rectangles or ellipses, they are only paths. So Overlord does a bunch of logic checks to try and figure out if the path is an:

• ellipse

• rectangle

• rounded rectangle

As well as its:

• dimensions

• rotation (sometimes the rotation can be fipped)

If this preference is disabled Overlord will not check for this and the shape will be drawn as simple paths.
